Fox's Furniture & Woodwork Gallery sells exclusively Australian made furniture in Australian native timbers and custom made dining furniture, be it a slab table or an elegant long 12-seater table with dining chairs and sideboard or buffet to match, as well as unique and exquisite hand-made occasional furniture pieces like a blanket box or timber chest, hall table or side table with timber mirror to match / to size, tailor made furniture for you. Timber dining tables, timber chairs, timber stools, timber book case, design and manufacture. Gifts include Australian made hand blown art glass by Keith Rowe and exquisite lampwork glass jewellery by Penel Bigg as well as many timber clocks - wall clock, mantle clock, long-case clock, mechanical clock - wood sculpture by Robert Fry and Des McKenna, turned burls and turned bowls by David Watkins, James Hughes & Ron Coles. Favourite timbers are naturally Australian Red Gum, Blue Gum, Blackwood, Blackbutt, Jarrah, Rose Gum, Tasmanian Myrtle, Victorian Ash, Tasmanian Oak, mainly salvage and plantation timbers, using recycled hardwood where possible.
