Manufacturers Warranty


All Fox's furniture is custom made for you using Australian native timbers, mainly from eco-select, salvage or plantation sources. We make to order as a general rule, except for some occasional furniture items and our gallery display tables that we sell from time to time, in order to renew!

MANUFACTURE

Unconditional warranty is included on any manufacturing faults. This does not include misuse or abuse. Manufacturer's warranty also excludes variations of timber grain, colour and tone as these are a natural feature to be expected in Australian native timbers.

 DELIVERY

With regard to freighting furniture, minimal damage such as bumps, marks or tiny scratches are considered an inherent risk of freighting items and cannot be insured against. Please ensure that you carefully inspect all items prior to signing any delivery docket. Any damage MUST be noted on the delivery docket.
