Sale Contracts
All Fox's commission furniture orders are subject to our sales contract conditions. In close consultation with our clients, we prepare designs, send designs to you for close inspection and occasionally make necessary alterations.
This stage verifies for all parties the exact nature of the furniture being commissioned.
When we finally agree with the client on all design features of the furniture we then ask you to comply with the following:.
1. 30% deposit on placement of order.
2. At commencement of manufacture the 30% deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE.
3. Full purchase price to be paid prior to delivery.
4. Signed customer approval of technical design drawings is required.
5. Every effort will be made to comply with customer requests. However, exact colour and timber grain matching cannot be guaranteed.
6. Delivery time is approximately 8 weeks.
7. Our contract price does not include delivery. This will be charged at cost or you can organise your own transport.
